Terms of Trade
By placing an order with Stratacote or Stratacote trading as Summit Tools, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Trade:
•Stratacote Ltd and Stratacote Ltd trading as Summit Tools reserves the right to vary product specifications or pricing without notice.
•Payment is due the same day unless otherwise stated in writing.
•Stratacote Summit Tools reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
•All prices exclude freight costs unless specifically stated.
•Title to goods does not pass until the Customer has made payment in full for all goods provided by Stratacote Summit Tools.
•Prices are exclusive of GST. The Customer will pay GST at the applicable rate.
•Stratacote Summit Tools double checks consignments for accuracy but the Customer should check deliveries on arrival. Any claims for incorrect quantities or products must be notified to Stratacote Summit Tools within 7 days of delivery.
•Stratacote Summit Tools warrants that the products supplied will be manufactured without material fault. All products we sell are approved to Australian/New Zealand Standards, where applicable.
Stratacote Website Conditions of Use
Stratacote Limited own all intellectual property rights in the images and other content on this website. You may not copy, download or otherwise use any images or other website content except in accordance with the following terms of use:
•Stratacote Limited (including Stratacote trading as Summit Tools) are the owners of all rights, title and interest in and to the images and any other content made available to download, including all trade marks featured in any such images or content.
•Images and any other content may only be used or re-published with permission and in connection with fair promotional representation of the relevant Stratacote Summit Tools products.
•Images must be printed and/or reproduced in a way that maintains their overall quality and resolution.
•Images must remain as provided to you by Stratacote Summit Tools and you must not make any changes to the images.
•You will provide Stratacote Summit Tools with information about your use of the images and other content as required by Stratacote Summit Tools from time to time. Stratacote Summit Tools may request that you change how you are using any images or other content, and you agree to promptly comply with that request.
•Stratacote Summit Tools has the right to require users to take down or withdraw from publication any images which it deems inappropriately used, in its sole discretion, and you agree to promptly comply with any such requirement.
•If specifications, colours, packaging, etc of Stratacote Summit Tools products are changed, or if Stratacote Summit Tools otherwise considers it desirable or necessary, Stratacote Summit Tools has the right to require users to remove the images and, if applicable, replace them with new images.
